Distribution Points
Distribution Points (Distribution Units) or Distribution Assemblies designed to receive electrical power from power plant generators, transformers, converters, and power transmission lines and distribute it to consumers. They are used at industrial, residential, domestic, and public facilities where the equipment operates at voltages of up to 660 V AC at a frequency of 50 Hz.

PR-11 (PR-85) distribution points also protect equipment against overloads and short circuits and are suitable for infrequent operational switching of electrical circuits and starting asynchronous motors.
Distribution units are classified according to the rated current of the incoming device, the type of electrical circuit, and the installation method (recessed, wall-mounted, or floor-standing).
