PR-0 Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) Cabinets
Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) Cabinets are not only a means of ensuring uninterrupted power supply, but also a guarantee of the safety and stable operation of your equipment. They help prevent losses of time and money caused by production downtime or unexpected power supply interruptions, ensuring reliable operation of your business at all times.
Legend
Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) Cabinets provide automatic transfer of the power supply to a standby source.
The uniqueness of Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) Cabinets lies in their ability to respond effectively to various situations, such as failure of the main equipment, phase loss, fault conditions, and emergency short circuits, ensuring the reliability and safety of your electrical equipment in unforeseen circumstances.
The cabinet configurations can also provide automatic transfer switching for a special group of Category I consumers when supplied from two independent power sources and an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) or a standby diesel generator set (DG set).
ATS automatic control circuits provide:
- the required switching sequence;
- information on the operating status of the incoming feeders (signal lamps Incoming Feeder I, Incoming Feeder II);
- a signal (“dry” contact) to the dispatching system indicating the operating status of the incoming feeders;
- optional circuit configurations with a selection of the operating mode: “Manual” – “Automatic.”
The need to provide additional functions is determined by the project (circuit diagram or textual description), depending on the rated currents, ATS circuits, distribution devices, and other factors. The units are available in wall-mounted or floor-standing cabinet configurations.
Climatic version: U3 according to GOST 15150.
Ingress protection rating: IP20 according to GOST 14254.
The cabinets comply with TU U 27.1-45149048-001:2023.
To order an ATS Cabinet from Nika Energy, it is necessary to provide an electrical power supply diagram (design calculation) indicating:
- incoming devices (switch-disconnector or circuit breaker);
- distribution devices;
- whether metering is required (meters are not included in the scope of supply);
- intended cabinet configuration — wall-mounted or floor-standing — and the required degree of protection;
- other project requirements.
