Specifications

Pole-type Compact Transformer Substations (PTCTS) are installed on power transmission line poles and are used in small settlements, agricultural facilities, industrial enterprises, and other applications. PTCTS are characterized by a compact design, ease of installation and maintenance, as well as high reliability and operational efficiency.

PTCTS substations have the following features:

  • High-Voltage Equipment: Equipped with modern devices for efficient high-voltage control.
  • Outdoor Power Transformer: Equipped with three-phase or single-phase outdoor transformers, providing flexibility in application.
  • Low-Voltage Switchgear (LVSG): Includes circuit breakers on outgoing feeders, ensuring safe and reliable power distribution.
  •

The substation can be equipped with a street lighting system. The use of pole-type substations is a technically convenient and economically justified solution, with the key advantage being the ability to install them in locations where other types of substations cannot be installed due to limited space. Installing the substation in close proximity to power transmission lines reduces the length of connected conductors, thereby reducing power losses.
