Operational Current Cabinet (OCC)
Operational Current Cabinets (OCC) are designed for the reception and distribution of electrical power in a wide range of electrical networks, including utility, industrial, agricultural, and other infrastructure facilities. They are suitable for single-phase (220 V) and three-phase (380 V) AC systems operating at 50 Hz with a solidly grounded neutral.
Legend
The cabinets convert incoming AC power into direct current (DC) and distribute it through DC circuits, providing an uninterrupted power supply for control circuits, protective relays, automation systems, and signaling equipment at power plants and substations.
In the event of a mains power failure, the cabinet automatically switches to the backup power source, charges the backup battery, and simultaneously supplies power to connected loads. Once the main power supply is restored, it automatically transfers back to the primary source while continuing to provide the required electrical power.
